Qualified purchases must occur online via www.samsclub.com for in-store Curbside Pickup or the Sam's Club Scan & Go app. All purchases need to be made and picked up between September 27th, 2021 and October 26th, 2021. Any purchases made within this period but not picked up will not be subject to the program. Purchases from 1) Sam's Club stores 2) online ship-to-home or home delivery from samsclub.com and 3) any 3rd party company including but not limited to Instacart.com do not qualify and will be rejected if submitted to the Program. Promotion valid for Sam's Club Members with valid email address and mobile phone that can receive an SMS who are active Sam's Club members as of September 27, 2021.   • When does the P&G Sam's Club 2021 program begin?
    Purchases made and picked up beginning September 27, 2021 through October 26, 2021 qualify for the offer.
  • When is the last date to submit my receipt?
    All submissions must be submitted online no later than November 12, 2021 11:59:59 PM PST.
  • How many rewards can I receive?
    You can receive up to two (2) Sam's Club eGift Cards per Account set-up on www.pgsamscluboffer.com.
  • What are the eligible brands?

  • Do I have to have a Sam's Club Membership?
    Yes, you must have an active Sam's Club Membership as of September 27, 2021 to participate in this offer.
  • Do purchases on qualifying items made on Samsclub.com or the Sam's Club App qualify towards the $60 purchase minimum?

  • Who is eligible?
    All active US Sam's Club members (excluding U.S. territories). All members must have a valid Sam's Club account as of September 27, 2021. To participate all members must have an email address where they can send and receive emails and a mobile phone number that can receive an SMS. Submission only from Participating Mobile Carriers will be accepted. Emails with an international domain will not be accepted.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE — ACCOUNT SET-UP
  • How do I set-up an Account to participate in the P&G Sam's Club 2021 program?
    It is required that you create an Account on www.PGSamsClubOffer.com to participate in the P&G Sam's Club 2021 program. To set-up an Account visit www.PGSamsClubOffer.com, provide the information in the required fields including a valid email address and mobile phone number where you can receive an SMS message. To complete the set-up, click "Create Account." You will then receive an SMS message. Click the secure link within the SMS to activate your Account. Your Account will then be set-up for you to log-in and submit receipts to earn the $15 Sam's Club eGift Card. Submission only from Participating Mobile Carriers will be accepted.
  • Can I use my Samsclub.com log in and password for this offer?
    No. Your samsclub.com account log in is different than the PGBuy60Get15 account log in.
  • Can I set-up multiple Accounts?
    You are limited to set-up only one (1) Account. Once an email address and mobile phone is used to set-up an Account this email address and mobile phone will not be permitted to be used for any other Account set-up to participate in the P&G Sam's Club 2021 program.
  • Where will the link required to activate the account be sent?
    You will receive a link via SMS that will be sent to the mobile phone number provided when you set-up your Account. You must click this link to activate your account so you can start participation in the program.
  • What should I do if I never received the SMS Text, OR, did not activate my account?
    If you did not receive a text message to activate your account, you will not be able to log in and submit your receipt. When you attempt to log in, a notification will be displayed informing you that your account still needs to be activated before you can log- in and submit a receipt. At that time, you will be presented with the option to request the activation text message be sent to you again. Note that the activation text message will be sent to the phone number you provided at registration.
  • What should I do if I forgot my username or password?
    The log in page contains a link for "Forgot Username or Password." Please click this link to have a replacement password sent via email. Please login with this replacement password.

SUBMISSION PROCESS
  • How do I submit my receipt(s)?
    When you visit www.PGSamsClubOffer.com, log in to your account and select your Method of Purchase (Scan and Go receipt or Curbside Pickup receipt) and follow these steps for each specific method of purchase:

    Scan and Go Receipt
    Select the Scan & Go Purchase Method from www.PGSamsClubOffer.com. Select the number of participating products on the receipt from the drop-down menu, then forward the Scan & Go receipt to the email address that will be displayed on www.PGSamsClubOffer.com. This email must be sent from the same email address that you registered with your Account at www.PGSamsClubOffer.com. Submissions from any other email address will not be processed. The image of the receipt must be in PNG format as provided by samsclub.com through the App.

    To access your Scan & Go receipt, you will need to open the Sam's Club app, navigate to the Scan & Go section of the app, click the receipt icon in the top left corner, and click on the date of your purchase. Once the digital receipt is pulled up, click the box/up arrow in the top right and select the mail icon to be able to forward this receipt to the email address that will be displayed on www.PGSamsClubOffer.com This email must be sent from the same email address you registered with your Account at www.PGSamsClubOffer.com.

    Samsclub.com Curbside Pick-Up Receipt
    Locate your Curbside Pickup Receipt email from Sam's Club. Note, only the receipt from Sam's Club after you pick-up your items will be accepted. Next, visit www.PGSamsClubOffer.com and Log into your account. Then, select the Curbside Pickup Purchase Method. Select the number of participating products on the receipt from the drop-down menu, then forward the email receipt to the Submission Address that will be displayed on www.PGSamsClubOffer.com. Do not alter or edit the email before forwarding. This email must be sent from the same email address that you registered to your Account at www.PGSamsClubOffer.com. Submissions from any other email address will not be processed. Not sure which email you registered with your www.PGSamsClubOffer.com account? Simply click the Account Profile icon to see the email you registered. The Account Profile icon is located on the top right of all pages following your log-in.

    REMINDER: Only the receipt from Sam's Club after you pick-up your items will be accepted.
  • What if I received my Curbside Pickup or Scan & Go receipt from Sam's Club at a different email address than that which I registered to my Account at www.PGSamsClubOffer.com?
    Your email submission must be forwarded or sent from the same email address that is registered to your Account at www.PGSamsClubOffer.com . Submissions from any other email address will not be processed.

    If the receipt you received from Sam's Club was sent to a different email address than that which you registered to your Account at www.PGSamsClubOffer.com, then simply forward your email receipt from Sam's Club to the email address you you registered at www.PGSamsClubOffer.com. After following the required steps outlined on the submission site, forward your receipt to the submission address from the email account you registered on www.PGSamsClubOffer.com.

  • What information do you need to see on my Curbside Pickup or Scan & Go receipt?
    Your Curbside Pickup or Scan & Go receipt must clearly show the retailer, purchase date, products purchased, the amount paid for each product, total amount of the purchase, and the TC# located at the bottom of the receipt.
  • Can my qualifying purchase be made over multiple shopping trips?
    No, qualifying purchases must be made in one transaction and through one qualifying channel of purchase. Any amount less than $60 spent on participating brands will be rejected. Any amount that exceeds a $60 purchase of participating brands will NOT apply to any subsequent submission for an additional Sam's Club eGift Card. Further, the $60 purchase must be met before taxes and shipping and after any other discounts have been applied.
  • What types of images can be used for digital submissions?
    Scan & Go receipts must be forwarded as a PNG format from Scan & Go in the Sam's Club app. Samsclub.com Curbside Pickup receipts must be forwarded as html emails. Note, only the receipt from Sam's Club after you pick-up your items will be accepted.
